We are Form and Function Building Design. We are an all-female, award-winning building and interior design team who love working together. We have been collaborating our specialised skills and getting results since 2006.
Located in Warrnambool, we are known throughout Southwest Victoria for our standout residential and commercial work, all of which have our trademark stamp for quality and style. We are proud of our work and passionate about results!
Principal Designer
Donna Monaghan has spent the last 25 years in the construction industry. Maybe a bit longer....stop counting.
Donna manages building projects from conception to hand over. She loves meeting and collaborating with clients to achieve the best design outcome for the project.
Her office nickname is 'Eagle Eye' because attention to detail is her super power!
When not at her desk, Donna is hanging out with her family or walking the office doggie mascot, Lolly or trying to grow flowers for the love of growing flowers.
Architectural Draftsperson
Sharon Scanlon has worked along side Donna since Form and Function was founded in 2006.
That's a whole lot of plans drafted, regulations checked, cups of tea and many a moment of educating her co-workers. She is the guru of knowledge in office.
Never leave us, Sharon!
When not at her desk, Sharon is hanging out with her family or running with her fur child, Teddy or finding just one more piece for the jigsaw puzzle or sneaking in a quick crossword.
Interior Designer
Megan Myers knows all thing style and she is our Queen of the Interiors.
Megan manages the interior projects from conception to hand over.
She has a knack for nailing and elevating the client brief. You will want things you didn't even know you wanted after meeting Megan! It's a good thing.
When not at her desk, Megan is hanging out with her family or walking her fury friend Sonny on the beach or enjoying a cup of tea with a stylish magazine on her lovely balcony (which we designed!).
By the beach, in suburbia or on the farm, we offer a quality building design and interior design service to meet your needs. It is our pleasure to meet you and provide you with a beautiful functioning design, inside and out.
Sometimes our projects are big, sometimes they’re small, sometimes they’re tricky and stressful, sometimes it’s smooth sailing. We are ready to for it all.
